This small memory bear, when sitting is about 10 tall, full length approximately 12-13.
These are my custom made keepsake bears that are made from clothes that you send to me. They can be baby clothes, loved ones clothes, blankets, or even towels! I handmake each bear with great attention to the detail of the clothing that is sent to me. I use as much detail, buttons, logos, patches as I can in the creation of each bear.
**How it works**
You have the option of having embroidery, however, due to the size the only thing that can be embroidered on this is a name, initials, or dates. Please let me know what you have in mind and we can collaborate on working something out.
****Materials Needed****
~~You provide the material shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, blouses, trousers, jeans, nightdress, pajamas, dressing gowns, jacket, and baby clothes. I can make teddy bears from any fabric that you desire, except satin, silk, taffeta, or lace, whether the fabric is used or new. I will use buttons, collars, and pockets from an existing shirt and apply them to the bear, if possible. Also, please send only freshly laundered clothes to me to avoid passing on any contaminants. Thank you. If any of the clothing is unused I will return them with the finished bear, unless otherwise noted by you.(Please note that if the material provided is stretchy, your bear may be slightly larger than the size listed. For example in photo #1 - very stretchy onesies, which results in an extra chubby bear. Photo #3 is not as stretchy shirt fabric, which results in a slimmer bear)
Amount of clothing needed:
--4/5 pieces 0-3, 3-6, 6-9 month size
--3 pieces 9-12 mth size
--3 pieces 12-18 mth size
--If you have one special outfit that you would like to use, we can pick coordinating fabrics to go along with that outfit, to use for the bear.
****The Process to Order:****
1. Once I receive notification of your paid purchase, I will send you an email with the address to ship your items to.
2. When I receive your items I will let you know they have safely arrived and clarify the details of what you would like created. Please include your name inside the package and if you have special requests please include a note and I will contact you to clarify any requests.
3. I will keep you updated as the creation progresses and let you know when your bear is ready to come back to you.
** Creation time begins once I receive your items. As this is a custom handmade item I cannot refund once I cut your fabric.
