Texturio Celtic & Viking animals stamps for clay are a great clay tools for your project to be perfect! This stamp set has great details with which you can create very sharp and clean imprints on polymer clay, pottery clay or any other clay. The imprints of our stamps are very sharp, have fine details and can go deep into the clay, resulting in flawless crisp imprints on your work. Each stamp is beveled, easy to remove and leaves clean and sharp imprint, so you don’t have to worry about unwanted lines on clay. All of our stamps are also on a handle, which makes the stamping so much easier! You can buy either smaller set version of all the animals, or bigger versions. The smaller animals are approximately 25 mm wide/tall, and the bigger approximately 35 mm wide/tall. Please check the photos for exact sizes and measurements, as the stamps have various shapes, so each one has a little different size. :) If you would like to have some different designs in Celtic style, please check our other products. We have a lot of various designs! If you purchase whole set you will get it in an eco linen bag for better storage. The color of stamps may vary in tint. MATERIAL We use PLA eResin for all our products. This corn starch - based material is not only ecological, but also durable and great for making tools. The biggest advantage is that thanks to our resin technology, we can create products with vastly better detail quality - just zoom in on our photos - compared to traditional PLA materials. Our stamps are working great on every kind of polymer clay, as well as pottery clay, metal clay, precious metal clay, art clay and others. You can also use the stamps on soaps. TIPS & TRICKS FOR STAMPING Because of their clean & sharp edges the stamps will release easily from a clay. If you work with pottery it is best if you stamp clay just before its leather hard, but you can also press the stamp in soft clay. All the imprints in our product photography are stamped in softer clay without any separator. For polymer clay, the stamp will always release easily. You can use the stamps for any thickness of a clay. The imprint will be always nice and sharp :) You can use our stamps also on soap! You will get the best results when the soap is not too hard, nor too soft. For making imprints into really wet or sticky pottery clay, you can apply some dry clay powder, cornstarch or baking flour with some soft brush on the stamp before you press it - this will help with the separation. You can also use this trick on polymer clay :) CLEANING STAMPS For cleaning, you can easily wash the stamps with warm water and clean them with plastic brush (softer toothbrush works best for us) or sponge. Soap can also help, depending on type of clay used. You can also put the stamps into dishwasher if you want to, it’s just better to make sure that the washing program doesn’t exceed 120° Fahrenheit or 50° Celsius and that you avoid using dishwasher tablets. The stamps are waterproof, you can leave them in water for unlimited time, and they will not be damaged in any way. If you have any questions, we are always happy to chat with you!
