Iridescent Paints by Mission Models

Mission Model Paints Iridescent Colors Mission Model Paints has added some beautiful iridescent colors to their excellent line of acrylic paints. These luminous paints seem to change color when seen from different angles. The iridescent paints have a silver base and produce a display of lustrous, prismatic, rainbow-like colors. MMP has also issued Pearl paint colors. The Pearl colors have a translucent pearl-like depth, either in color or luster.

Mission Models is a premium acrylic (water-based) paint system. Although ready for use as supplied, it is highly recommended that the paint be reduced (thinned) prior to airbrushing using MIOMMA-02 or MIOMMA-03. It can also be applied using a brush straight from the bottle. These paints are ideal for scale modelers, figure painters, and graphic artists.

Mission Models acrylic, non-solvent based RC paints are ideal for polycarbonate RC bodies. Triple-pigmented for maximum opacity, this paint will not fade over time and can be airbrushed straight from the bottle at 10-15 psi. The paint can also be reduced using MIOMMA-002 or MIOMMA-003 at a ratio of 2-3 drops of reducer per 10 drops of paint. Cleanup is as easy as mixing the paint! Rinse the airbrush first with water, and follow up with thinner.
