This clear melt and pour soap base is ideal for creating your own soap without having to deal with the cold soap process. Cut the melt and pour soap base into small uniform size cubes. Place them into a heat safe microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 10 to 30 second increments stirring between each increment. Mix in any additives into your base and then pour into your molds of choice.  Spritz the top with isopropyl alcohol to eliminate air bubbles and let cool until fully hardened (anywhere from 4-24 hours). Determine the amount of melt and pour soap base needed for your project. Carefully slice the soap base into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe container. Heat on low at 30-second intervals. Stir between intervals until liquid. Handle hot soap carefully as it may burn the skin. Soap can also be melted in a double boiler. Stir in cosmetic color, cosmetic scent and skin-safe additives. Pour into a preferred mold. Spritz the soap surface with rubbing alcohol to remove bubbles.
