The Red Clay base is imported and professionally mixed in Tucson Arizona specifically for jewelry sand casting. At over 200 mesh it is the best jewelry casting clay available. As a Jeweler myself for over 38 years I created this clay mixture specifically for Jewelers and Metalsmith's who want excellent results when casting jewelry. Not too oily like some brands on the market which results in a better cast finish. If you need great detail and you understand the venting methods there is nothing better! Venting required.
